1. Personalise Your Flipbook Background
When your clients view their Flipbooks, you can choose to personalise the background. The chosen background will show for ALL the flipbooks you create.

2. Ordering Graphic Design at TradeGraphicDesign
You will receive a username and password shortly for this website. If you require graphic design services, click on the ‘order design’ button in the header above and browse to the service you require. If you don’t see the design service you require, give me a call or shoot an email over to tim@tradegraphicdesign.co.uk and I’ll see how I can help.
For standard design items, place your order online. On the checkout page, you can upload text and any images, logos that your client needs including. Typically designs are returned in 2-3 days. If you need something in a hurry, let me know and I’ll get a wriggle on.
3. Optimising your Google My Business profile
I’ll contact you to arrange a time to discuss the optimisation. Basically, we just need to have a conversation about your business, products you’re most interested in winning, history of your business and some rates that we can advertise in your GMB profile. I’ll add in your opening hours and suggest some additional areas you might want to target.
Once we’ve got your GMB profile optimised, we just need to connect the review page to my follow up sequence and onboard your new customers to the service. Each time you complete a job for a client, my system sends them a ‘how did we do’ email (working on a text messaging service too), and they’re encouraged to leave you a review.
Great tip, to incentivise your clients into leaving a review, offer them a FREE flipbook in return. When you see the review posted, send them a flipbook, which they can share on social media, whatsapp and facebook messenger.
